Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has elegantly designed and spacious rooms that were held for us, but could use a do-over. The service, though less helpful than in most comparable Japanese hotels, was courteous, warm, and pleasant, typical of Japanese hospitality. The location is excellent, close to Tenjin, Canal City, and right by the subway, making it great for exploring Fukuoka. The dining experience offers a wonderful selection of western and eastern foods, meeting every need, and the facilities are top-notch.
